DO YOU HAVE A DEDICATED CUSTOMER AREA IF I NEED TO WAIT FOR ANY REASON?

We have a modern, climate controlled customer care area where you can sit in comfort should you arrive early or need to wait for any reason. Daily newspapers and up-to-date reading material are also available for you to read while you enjoy a fresh cup of tea or coffee, made to your liking.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE VEHICLE REPAIRS PERFORMED BY NORTH EAST CRASH REPAIRS?

Yes. North East Crash Repairs provides a 3 year warranty on all workmanship once your repairs have been completed.

WHO DO I PAY MY INSURANCE EXCESS TO?

A.

Your excess payment is collected by us, your repairer, on behalf of your insurance company. This excess needs to be paid once the repairs have been completed and you collect your car.  North East Crash Repairs will remove your excess payment off of the bill and your insurance company pays the balance. Should your Insurer ask you to pay the excess in advance and you do so, please let us know that it has been paid.

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT WHEN I PAY MY EXCESS FOR PRIVATE REPAIRS?

We accept VISA & MasterCard. We also have EFTPOS facilities and will accept cash or company cheques, but unfortunately not personal cheques.
